FIRST: Supporting People With a Disability

FIRST is a grass roots, not-for-profit, member driven organisation, that has been supporting people with a disability to maximise their potential for over 30 years. We are NDIS registered, so you can be assured that we meet the standards of the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission.

FIRST provides support to access meaningful social and community access, in home disability support, overnight support, culturally appropriate services and innovative centre-based programs for its members. FIRST assists individuals living with a disability to find a valued role in society by supporting them to achieve their NDIS goals.

  • Engage in local community
  • Develop life & vocational skills
  • Assist Personal Activities
  • Purpose built development centres
  • Support through life stage & transitions

Participation in Community & Development Life Skills

FIRST provide experienced qualified staff to assist NDIS participants to access the local community. This includes activities that provide both social and travel training within the community or at our three purpose built centres, based in Loganholme, Upper Coomera, and Eagleby.

Please come along and see for yourself.

Assist Personal Activities

First In-home Support can assist you with your everyday personal needs in the comfort of your own home. Supporting you in a caring, dignified manner and providing opportunities to learn the skills needed to be as independent as possible.
